  • We offer a range of class types including strength training (Lift), Barre, Pilates, Yoga, Cardio Dance Party, Stretching & Mobility, and Mom & Baby classes.

  • Yes! We have two introductory opportunities. We offer a one month unlimited for $99+HST or 4 classes (with a one month expiry) for $60+HST. Both can be found on our booking page.

  • The KW Movement Studio has 7 dedicated spots in the parking lot. Alternatively, street parking is available on Francis, King, and other surrounding streets, as well as next door in the lot behind TD. That lot is free before 8am and after 5pm.

  • Access to the studio can be found from the parking lot side of the building. If you try to enter from Francis, you will find our locked back door. For those driving, currently our studio parking lot is only accessible off of Victoria St. Turn onto Halls Lane (look for the Uhaul sign) and you will see our sign. For those taking public transit, our closest intersection is King & Victoria.

  • All equipment is provided for every class. You are welcome to bring your own mat if it is preferred, but we have you covered! Clean, indoor footwear is required for all Lift classes and Cardio Dance Party. Bare feet or grip socks are recommended for all other studio classes.

  • Yes. Towel service is provided to all clients, regardless of membership or package. Each change room has two showers, making it easy to freshen up before work, after a lunch time sweat, or post-workout before meeting up with friends for dinner in the evening.

  • We have a 12 hour cancellation policy for all classes. Failure to cancel prior to the 12 hour window will result in a loss of your class credit for package holders or a $15 charge for unlimited members.
