Squat & Pull

This class focuses on lower body squat patterns (think glutes, quads, and core) paired with upper body pulling movements to strengthen your back, improve posture, and create balance in the body. Hinge + Push

This class targets hinge-based lower body movements (glutes and hamstrings) combined with upper body pushing exercises for the chest, shoulders, and triceps. You’ll build strength, stability, and confidence through purposeful movement patterns designed to support how you move both in and out of the studio.

Full Body Strength

Strength for your whole body, in one focused session. This class combines upper, lower, and core exercises to build balanced strength, muscular endurance, and functional fitness. Expect intentional, well-rounded programming and supportive coaching that leaves you feeling strong, capable, and ready for whatever your day holds.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training

A high-energy strength class blending weight training with conditioning exercises for endurance, power, and overall fitness. Challenge your strength, elevate your heart rate, and leave feeling stronger and energized.
